 my 'night-owl' yorkie...what to do?!
hi hi ... so my kikko is a complete night owl! his schedule is completely flipped around.
during the day he's at home and my mom's with him while i'm at work and takes care of him. when i come home I play with him a little bit give him dinner and stuff. .. just the regular thing ....
my problem is at night ... he gets this BURST of energy. he'll be running around his xpen with his toys, jumping from his bed to the other end. Even if I bring him onto my bed, thinking he'd calm down a bit ... NO! he's even more fiesty and jsut wants to play! I don't know if he's taking too many doggie naps or what, but at 3 am its like he's had doggy coffee or soemthing. i'd like any suggestions or if anyone experiences anything similar, i'd like to know what you do and how to deal.
he's been sick a lot and its great to see that he's got all this energy, but its tiring me out just as much as worrying about him used to! hahaha. |
