3 TBLS Oil
1 LB pork thinly sliced
3 TBLS Curry paste
1/4 Cup fish sauce (nam pla)
2 TBLS Sugar
1 C chopped cabbage
5 kaffir lime leaves thinly sliced (bai ma-grood)

Heat a large skillet and add 1 TBL oil and pork. Stir-fry for 7 minutes or until meat is crispy, then remove from pan and set aside
Pour out excess fat and add rest of oil. Add the curry paste and cook for a few seconds. Add all the other ingredients except the kaffir lime leaves, heat to boiling, and then stir in crispy meat.
Remove to a serving bowl and garnish with kaffir lime leaves.

Enjoy your birthday week
Oh great! That doesn't sound too hard! I'll def. have to try it. Thank you for taking the time to post the recipes
