I dont know the exact circumstances of your situation, do you have any proof of payment and the the phone number and address of the seller? I suggest you see a puppy in person and only hand money over for exchange of a pup. I would be way to afraid to buy sight unseen. Have you contacted this person and if so what are they saying??? We need more details...
