Both of them are so cute and I know how you feel...I have only been in two different petstores and Have never seen any dirty cages and the puppys did not look sad like that poor lab puppy. Im not going to say you should or shouldnt get them, But if you did please have them vet checked before bring them around your other pets.
Me and my hubby use to do this too. But at the dog pound or pick up one thats been dumped. WE would bring it home and give it a home until we could rehome it. each time these dogs and cats tore at my heart. I try and think back to how many animals we have done this with and it had to be close to 60 plus. Many of them was covered in fleas, Ticks ear mites and lice.ear infections open cuts and sores mange,worms, ringworm, you name it. we treated and cared for them. and then hoped and prayed that we found them a loving home. But they was never kept around our own pets. If I was younger and in better health had more money id still be doing this.Just to see them so happy made us feel so good.
