My mom also recently told me a story about a man who took his dog to the groomers, he received a call from them later in the day saying "were sorry, there is nothing more we can do".
He was like, what are you talking about, nothing more you can do?
Apparantly they had the dog on the grooming table, I dont know the details, but it ended up being hung as I dont know if it tried to jump, wasnt being watched or what, but when they have the collars attached to the table.........anyway dog died. I would be soooo distraught.
OMG! Now I'm really starting to worry. The last time I took Reesie in for grooming they didn't get started on her until 3:30 in the afternoon. She had been there since 8:30 that morning. I was not happy. She is not used to being in a kennel. This was right before christmas so they might have been overloaded, but still they should have called me and I could have picked her up and re-scheduled. Boy! between dog swaping and the story you just told.... I may try to groom myself.
