Melanie you are once again mistake or dismissing the value of this breeding/breeder ...it was Dyanna Neal that started Jim Hupp in Yorkshire Terriers and took him to his very first show in Greentown Indiana. Windmoor Kennel (who ever they are??) Hupp/Walker were handlers of the Windmoor dogs for about 6 years and they are the proud owners of many champions and #1 YTCA males, to discount their existence is very naive.
