yea ive heard of puppy city never been there
they closed the world of pets on staten island i was so happy i went in there when looking for a yorkie before brownie im glad i didnt go there
yes they do well if you hear a dog coughing would u buy it ? lol
also it helps keep the cages cleaner (not that they are lol)
there very lazy workers in that store
