Ok, my view of the brew...
The first 3 days were very very rough. The lemonade drink isn't so bad, but the pepper was rough. The lemonade actually is very sweet. So, the first 3 days, after I drank it, I wanted something salty - REALLY, REALLY BAD!
But now Day 4, NO CRAVINGS and the pepper is actually good - it's so weird
I drink 6 mixtures of the brew. I bring 5 with me to work and spread it out. I drink the 5th one just before I leave work for my hour drive home. I drink the 6th one at about 7:30 pm. At 9 pm I drink the smooth move. In the morning, on my way to work, I sip the AM smooth move (8-9 am). At work by 10 am I drink my first 'brew'.
The book says to drink a minimum of 6 (I think the closer to 6 you drink the more weight you will loose).
You do not have to do the SWF. But you must drink a Lax. Tea in the PM and AM if you don't do the SWF.
