we are experiencing the same. Boomer used to scratched all the time. We switched his food and it seems to help out a little. We fed him Iams (which I know is bad for him) and now we are feeding him Canidae, also I give him a little scoop of Nupro (kind of like Missing Ling) and we are switching to a different shampoo, I'll try the oatmeal shampoo and see how it works.
