 Opinons please
I don't know what to do. I got the coach dog carrier for christmas from my mom and I love the bag but it is extremely difficult to carry. There is no shoulder strap, just handles. I called Coach to see about returning it and they said I could return it without the tags if it was new and unused. Well it is kind of unused. I have used it about 4 times and they were short trips like into Lowes for 3 of them and the other was into an outdoor shopping area that we have near my house. You can not really tell it has been used, b/c she has been in the bag probably a total of less than 1 hour. My dilemma is I really would like to see if they will take it back b/c it was alot of money, but is is bad to try and say I did not use it? Please give me your opinons,b/c I am having a hard time deciding what to do. |
