jrsygal37 there are puppymills in every country, and NO puppymill is "better" than other just b/c it's in another City, State, or Country!
I think w/ all my heart you should buy your new furkid from a breeder which you can see the pups parents personally... but that's just me...
Another YT member asked me about a breeder from here, and I called to the kennel and talked briefly to the breeder and set a day to go check on the place and dog's for her... Hope I have good news...
