The majority of the time, the dog will expel the gland when they go poo. Sometimes the gland does get clogged, causing the bottom to itch. They will drag their bottoms, trying to expel the clog. Your baby won't be able to go to the groomer until he has all his shots and kennel cough vaccination. When he is old enough, the groomer will check the gland and expel if needed. In the meantime, I would have the vet check him out.
