Sorry things don't seem to be working out with VPI. I have them and not had any problems with getting money back but my dogs have had routine procedures done. I don't know of any insurances that you can switch to but if you switch, there now might be pre-existing conditions that a new insurance policy will not cover either. I'd make sure to check into the new policy thoroughly before switching.
