I currently have VPI pet insurance but after just getting off the phone with them I am LIVID!
Diezel had gotten sick back in August, and after running around with them and submitting every single paper possible I am being told now that NOTHING he had done is covered and I am NOT getting $1 back. I am speachless right now. I spent well over $1100
Now I am left feeling that I want to switch insurance companys. Are there any others out there in the NYC area that are good. Any help would be appreciated. I dont want to jump the gun and cancel the policy because that is what I do best. But I cant imagine I pay $35 a month to not get back ANYTHING...
Sorry to vent I just dont know what to do right now
He needs to have more tests and I was really depending on that money right now!
