There have been a few times when people have just been so colosally rude to me, that I've just burst out laughing in disbelief in their faces, looking at them like they're nuts.
That actually seems to do a better job of shaming them than making a snappy retort!
People can be such idiots sometimes. Whatcha gonna do.
