AKC does allow registering puppies if they are parti as long as they come from AkC parents. But they will not be allowed to participate in conformation. I think they do let them go into the agility shows though. Biewers are full Yorkies but since they have been bred in Germany, AKC doesn't recognize them. Hopefully in the future there will be a place for them in AKC along with the parti's...
