I posted an ad on craigslist.com with a picture and phone number contact. They keep it up for 7 days. At first I got a couple spam e-mails and then about 10 calls from parents in my area (Davis, CA) looking for a nanny/babysitter. I've had to turn down a bunch of jobs because I am being called so much. I hope that helps!
