Yeah, it's insane how much work there is, especially with documenting and paperworks for reporting purposes, as I try to do everything the right way.

Wow, Tiget's mom, are you doing your own paperworks to become an LLC? Bren showed me a co that will take care of all that for you as well as be your registered agent (paid annually). I'm taking care of my own EIN and seller's permit though, that part is easy. Like you, I am allowing our accountant to handle the rest....I took a few finance and accounting classes in college but that topic is not all that glamarous to me

OH no, I am having the business lawyer do all the paperwork (getting the license etc) and she just charges me a one time fee. Well, the accountant told me what to do, what expenses to be charged, etc.

I do a lot of sewing and will continue to do so but have started to outsource my line. I do very little shopping as I want all my products to have the gofetch name.
