Yeah, it's insane how much work there is, especially with documenting and paperworks for reporting purposes, as I try to do everything the right way.
Wow, Tiget's mom, are you doing your own paperworks to become an LLC? Bren showed me a co that will take care of all that for you as well as be your registered agent (paid annually). I'm taking care of my own EIN and seller's permit though, that part is easy. Like you, I am allowing our accountant to handle the rest....I took a few finance and accounting classes in college but that topic is not all that glamarous to me
