I'm sure there are websites out there, but....
When I was young and wanted to earn extra money babysitting, I put a couple handmade signs up at the ends of a couple of streets near where I lived. I got a few folks like that and then word of mouth gave me more business than I could use!
The other thing that works is (not sure if you are younger or not) Church contacts...ask around. Friends of parents..talk it up!
There are usually little bulletin boards in the grocery store too... Good place to put a little flyer up about your "Babysitting Business"
