You guys make me feel like I did something special!! I just really appreciate it when I see someone that truely loves their mothers (or fathers) and is going out of their way to make sure mom or dad is being taken care of. There's so many people that just don't get along with their parents. I think your "mom" is one of the most important parts of your life. I know mine is.
I know that if the rolls were reversed, Connie, she'd be the same way about you. Making sure everything is good. Make sure you tell each and every day that you love each other. Shower her with affection. Listen to her. Listen to her wisdom, her knowledge, her love. If she has a bad day, hear what she's saying. Become a sponge to obsorb all of your mom's problems, her worries, her fears. I know you're scared. She's scared too. And if you need anything, or just want to talk, I'm here.
