I've had NO experience with Giardia - but it's more common than people realize - and you just need to be very careful and be on the lookout for the signs - and maybe always have to watch her for flareups -

Great site, I didn't know they were a carrier for life, but it does go dormat & you may never see a flare up again. Although if a female becomes pregnant, it can pass on to the pups. Interesting, no wonder so many pups have gotten it. When we got Piper she had it also. Took about 3 weeks to get her better. She has been fine since. That was about 7 months ago.
