Hi. I have a 10 month old yorkie who has some flaky skin near her ears. Her skin has been becoming more and more itchy all over her body as well. I have taken her to the vet, who says it could just be the dry heat in my apartment and the time of year. I have been reading a lot of the posts about how this could also be a food allergy. Many suggest Nutro, which is what I switched her over to from Eukanuba a few months ago...but I think that the itching started when I switched her. I feed her Nutro Max Puppy...which lists corn gluten meal as the second ingredient...I have read that dogs may have allergies to corn. Is there another Nutro that I could feed her that does not have corn it it??
