Raising puppies is a lot of work and if you are that disabled then how do you do it? I could be way off base here, but to me it sounds like someone who is trying to work the system with all of her disabilities so she doesnt have to work and she stays home and breeds dogs or maybe she just scams everyone and doesnt even have any dogs. There are families out there that are generation after generation of people who live off of the system. Like I said I could be wrong but she sure did have lots of things wrong with her and was trying to get compensated for all of them. Looks like a big time scammer to me.
