Thanks guys , I have hired one. we will see how it goes. i didn't want them put in a pen and the lady I hired was refered so we will see. i stressed to her that if my dogs come up missing i will hunt her down like a blood hound and break both her knee caps. lol. she seems real nice on the phone and talked at length with me about her dog and mine and she is willing to come to the motel room to stay with them. I couldn't leave them at home. a neighbor could come and take them for a walk but ...we will be 5 hrs traveling there and 4 hrs for the game then another 5 hrs back. that is too long to leave them at home or in a pen. i really had no choice as to getting a pet sitter. i just had to do it. i will let you know how it turns out.
knowing that some of you all were once sitters your self makes me feel better about the whole thing.
