Looks like it could be mastisis (sp?). Our vet said to take a warm washcloth to help with the pain and hold it on there..massaging does help too to break up it up a bit...get the pups to feed off the ones that look really full first. You may have to hand milk her too to get the milk out. Take her temp also and then I would call the vet (because I always do). They may want to put her on meds. Pups need to be fed, but when they are hard like this it hurts. That's what MY vet said though......
