My dog likes to stay home and guard the house..lol.., she doesn't like car rides and is wreck by the time we get there. Unless we are going away for the weekend we leave her at home.
My girlfriends and I drove up to Apple Hill in California in October (it is a huge craft fair involving several orchards with Apples and pumpkins)
Anyway a large majority of the tourists had their dogs with them. The smaller ones were in carriers, strollers, backpacks etc. And the larger ones on leashes. We went to several places that the larger dogs were getting into fights...pretty scary...so I can see where some places are starting to ban dogs, also owners didn't clean up the dog poop.... yuck...not everyone is responsible and unfortunately it ruins it for everyone else. |
