Yes, try massaging the ear by gently rubbing it between your fingers going from the base to the top. You can do this while your dog is laying on your lap or next to you...it actually relaxes them. My old vet told me it gets the circulation going to that area and it will help. Our first Yorkie had floppy ears off and on when he was young...I started massaging them while he slept on my lap and in no time both ears were standing full time. Good luck!
