What are you feeding her if she is pooping 7 times a day? 2-3 is normal.
Why don't you try crate training? Or at least confining her to the tile? Or try attaching her leash to your belt so she cannot go off on her own. Then as soon as she starts to go you can scoop her up and head outside. You should only have to do that a few times before she understands.
