Yes I have had pet grooming clients that didn't know and their Yorkie was about a year when they had ears shaved. Keep trying wtih keeping the ears shaved and taping. It may take a couple of months. Change the tape every couple of days. I don't use masking tape.
Go to your drug store and look for 3M Nexcare plastic tape for taping hospital tubing and at joints. Not the smooth stuff it has little squares on it. Use that, it will allow the ears to breathe.
When you take the tape off, massage the ears to increase the circulation. Keep them shaved and retape. |
