The only other possible benefit is if you ever wanted to do agility or obedience with her, the AKC has events and competitions for these. Spaying her wouldn't prevent her from participating in these but she would have to be registered to compete in AKC. But if you have no interest in any of that then there is no need at all to register her, just love her forever
