Just wanted to let everyone know that Maggie is doing SOOOOOOOOO good on her potty training. We got the bells and ever since about the 3rd day of having the bells on the back door, she has not had an accident!! it has been a good week or more since the last accident. yes, I am knocking on wood
it is so cute because she just goes to the door and rings the bells when she wants to go out. some might say this is a version of "her training me" but my other dogs have ways of letting me know when they need to go out...this just makes it easy for her to let me know. I think it is so adorable...she runs up, rings the bells, and sits there patiently, looking behind her to see if we are coming, and then once we get to the door, she puts a paw on the door like she is helping us open it
the first couple of days, she just wanted to play with the bells but we would make her go out EVERY time she rang them...she finally got the picture
anyway, I am so super proud of her. she really is just the best little pup. now if I could only get her to cooperate during brushing time
