If possible I would avoid the 7 skip on the body in the future. The way the blade is designed a skip tooth blade goes through a matted coat easier however it also catches and cuts skin easier. If you run a 7 skip down the back of the leg or near an armpit you can take out a slice of skin before you or your dog even notices. If you want a super short cut like that stick with the 7F. If you have to shave a mat out of an armpit use the #10. Now that I think of it, I don't think I would ever use any length skip blade on a yorkie, so unless you also have some bigger thick coated dog you need to shave, I would just put the skip blades away.
