I just did my little guys ears a few days ago- they were floppy before but stood right up after that! I used little manicure scissors because I was very afraid to cut him, and you don't know how they will react the first time. I cut it short on the top 1/3 of his ear, then just trimmed the sides and the rest to make it look neat. He was very good and still, probably because they don't make the noise clippers do. I used my fingers as a guide, and also for safety: if anyone was going to get cut, I wanted it to be me.

I think they turned out nice I need to upload my pics on to my computer (I was planning on posting some to brag about his ears coming up anyway ) so if you want to look at what I did, I'll try to get them posted asap.
