i think hes doing that because
1. he knows you dont want him
2. he was passed to someone new than back again
3. hes not neutered his hormones can cause aggression
why dont u neuter him and see if it fixes the problem you should neuter him before rehomeing him anyway
garbage is always better than dog food in there minds everything tastes like people food
