Layla and i went last fall for beginner and we had the bset trainer.. like it has been said already.. it is all about the trainer.. so go watch a few different sessions (there is usually more than one trainer and they just divide the classes up) and see which one you like... we love our trainer so much we start Intermediate next weekend!!!
