Isn't that just awful??? I think it is sooo sad when people do that to poor animals! Animals that have relayed on them for their safety and their love, etc. Shame on whoever did this!
I am glad that they will be taken care of. Will your coworker keep them or find new homes for them?
Pugs do breathe really loudly/heavily...and are prone to breathing problems.
