I'm learning. Oh something else I really enjoy and it is an easy way to get 2 glasses of water down--I make slushies! I use crystal light or 4C drink mix. I make the drink and then add it to ice in my Magic Bullet (blender) and wahla! I will really enjoy these this summer!

I didn't get this way overnight and I am not going to get thinner overnight either. Oh, the other thing I do is only weigh myself on weigh in days and NO more. I exercise to Walk Away the Pounds (Leslie Sansone) These are great!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I wish I liked more fruits. I've gotten so that since I ate apples all the time, I get about half way through one and have to force myself to eat the rest. Just plain tired of them now. I've tried Yogurt, but that stuff is so disgusting to me. Since I don't like berries of any kind it limits what there is. I have no problem drinking the water at all. I guess I'm just going to have to try harder in finding foods that I like and watch the portion control.
