Hi everyone,
My friend has a yorkie of the same age as our Chelsey, named Roxy, since my friend adopted her shes been a picky eater and she hardly puts on weight not to mention her growth, she is so small and frail its hard for me to say, but to be honest and i might sound blunt, she looks terrible
poor baby, yet she has a loving personality.
To cut a long story short, she took her to the vet several times because she hardly eats, the vet prescribed some Hill's canned food some months ago and told her to forcefeed her, she did that for a while and then decided to try everything else available to no avail, last week friday she took her to the vet again and he told her to try Hill's cat food, she refused to eat that too, i was there this morning and had a long talk to my friend and told her she can no longer leave this so we took her to the vet and i told him what my personal thoughts are on her, and asked him to please help this poor dog as shes just going from bad to worse, at last he had to admit that she might have something wrong with her kidneys or liver, so they doing blood tests, i held her while they shaved her neck and put the needle in, she was SO brave, she never made a sound, she just looked at me with her big brown eyes and i kept telling her what a big girl she is, it was like she knew what i was saying and like she was asking me ( are they almost done now? ) i could have cried!
We will be hearing what the results are tomorrow so please people, keep her in your thoughts and prayers, im VERY worried about this little one!
