Well, if she has been on it 3-4 weeks, then it is less likely it is the food - BUT it could have taken this long for her to build up the allergins to the food - so it COULD be the food. Has she had on any new clothes that might have caused the allergy? Is she laying on a new blanket? Did you use new detergent to wash clothes or blankets? Did you use a new shampoo?

I'm not sure - but something is causing irritation. You can give her liquid benadryl - I'm not sure of the dosage though, my mom gives it to her doxy - but she is already in bed and so I can't ask her.
