Push her hair aside and see if it is an ingrown hair? Bug Bite? If not I would take her in on Monday and have it checked. Bailey had a lump (mass) on her head that I just happened to notice the night before she was getting spayed. They removed it during surgery and it was biopsied. Thank goodness it was benign.
It had just popped up out of nowhere, Evie's is most likely nothing.
