[LIL MIS' MAGIC]

I feed on a schedule and it works great for us. But for the longest time Magic & Sailor would not eat when I first put down their food.....it might take them an hour to decide it was time to eat or they would snack for the hour.

But once I got Captain and he would eat his meal right away....Magic & Sailor started doing the same thing.

I feed at 6am & 6pm....that is what works best for our schedule and to get them to all sleep through the night.

I do pick up the water at 8pm, as Captain will drink all night and then be up several times to potty.

I think you have to do what works for your pups....we have done free feeding also, but we could not monitor who was eating how much....and then Magic got put on a special diet and if left down the others would eat hers instead of their food.
