I use the pin head...and as to the Belgium combs..well, 20 years ago I bought a small 4 1/2 inch metal one...used it until it was curved in the spine..so I go to get a new one and they do NOT make the size any longer...I contacted the maker and he said he retired..how dare him!!!!
Some are similar, but this one has a rounded spine and is more light weight...I was visiting a friend and she had a brand new one..still in the plastic case...I paid $25 for this $5 comb, but it is treated like gold...infact I use the bent one most of the time and keep this one in a box...

Seriously, there was a time I could not get my grooming work day started if the comb was misplaced...
