If you decide to file a claim with Paypal, fill out all forms completely, answer all emails and have patience. I had a lady tell me I sent her a damaged doll wardrobe, completely smashed. Paypal investigated, found she was lying, she just wanted a free item and I won the dispute. It takes about 21 days and both your accounts are frozen for that time period.
