If you suspect your puppies have the predisposition for a disease or condition it is your ethical obligation to keep them or warn potential buyers. First you need to find out if Addisons is genetic, so you'll need to do some research online and contact your vet.
If you mean a white spot of hair, that is a fault in the show ring, and no dog throwing pups that aren't confirmationally correct should be bred. Your dog, the stud, and the puppies should be spayed/nuetered to prevent this from happening again.
