OOH, well that's different then! Glad you're using a harness
Try letting him wear it around the house - but start with short intervals at first and let him build up to wearing it for longer periods. Eventually as he starts going outside more, he will associate the harness with going outside and I gaurantee he won't put up a fuss. Really at 10 weeks, I wouldn't worry about it too too much. Work at it slowly, with just the harness - once he gets used to that, attach the leash and let him get used to that in the home as well.
