I have an almost 10 week old Yorkie, and he can't stand his collar, should I continue to leave it on him, he even gets so distracted by it that he won't go the bathroom when we are outside because it bugs him so much!!? Also I am trying to get him to go with the leash too, but he refuses and sits down. Is this something I should just KEEP DOING or should I give him a break from these two things?
