Mine wears a belly band inside but I take it off and we go outside..........he pees. Inside, he wears his belly band..........you'd be surprised how well he knows how much he hates peeing on the pad and can't wait for me to take it off and go pee outside.

I agree completely. When I quit breeding, I had a 5 yr old stud neutered and gave him to a friend. It took a little work, but he hasn't gone brain dead and marked for well over a year. I think the trick was between natures miracle and that dog be-gone (in a spray can), plus paying attention. And he's always in the house (except for walks). Also, males are much more cuddly and I've found will wear clothes much better than females. They're much more easy-going.
