I now look at it this way..........peeing/humping/leg-lifting etc is a
potential thing.........it may or may not happen. Keep in mind that neutering helps but so does how you train you lil man.
Mine wears a belly band inside but I take it off and we go outside..........he pees. Inside, he wears his belly band..........you'd be surprised how well he knows how much he hates peeing on the pad and can't wait for me to take it off and go pee outside.
I wouldn't trade anything (including the potential of him lifting his leg) about him. He is a momma's boy, a little pistol, and such a kisser.........priceless in my book
