If desert is a problem for you, try Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches and fidgesicles - they are VERY good!! And I believe they're only 2 points. When I lived with her she would eat one every night after dinner. We ate a lot of chicken for dinner (and green beans). I came up with a bunch of different ways to make chicken - so if anyone wants suggestions, feel free to PM me!
One idea if you love mashed potatoes: instead of using milk and butter, buy the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
Spray (it's 0 points!!), and dump some of that in there so that you only have the points of the potatoes. I would also add some garlic because we like garlic, but that's a personal preference. But only the spray is 0 points - the margerine form is more.
GOOD LUCK everyone that's on WW. I'm a Nursing student and I full-heartedly believe in the WW program (like they say, it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change). It's the only "diet" that I think is healthy and will be long-lasting.
